The 5th International Conference on Information & Communication Technology and Systems (ICTS) 2009 is an international forum organized by Informatics Department, Faculty of Information Technology, Institute of Technology Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) Surabaya - Indonesia and supported by Faculty of Engineering - Kumamoto University (Japan), IEEE / IEEE Computer Society, Indonesia Section, and JICA PREDICT - ITS.
This event is a forum for computer science and information and communication technology community to discuss and exchange information and knowledge in their areas of interest. It aims to promote activities in research, development, and application on computer science and information and communication technology.
In the previous event, The 4th ICTS 2008 was joined by hundreds of participants from 10 countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, Iran, Poland, Pakistan, Japan, Palestine, India, Bangladesh, and Netherland.
